Your Latest mSpiration- Quick mobile ideas to mSpire your nonprofit organization to change the world one text at a time.
Are we ready for the world of 2030? How can we make a lasting impact on our world now through social good and technology that will secure a brighter future?
These are some of the questions addressed at the recent 4th Annual Social Good Summit, held in New York City Sept. 22 – 24. The purpose of the three-day conference is to fuse big ideas with new media, innovative thinking and solutions to some of humankind’s greatest challenges. mGive was excited about the conference because it highlights the potential of applying tools like mobile communication to the goal of making the world a better place.
Cathy Vonderhaar, mGive vice president of sales, was lucky to be in attendance. “The buzz at the Summit was all about mobile. Mobile was the focus of conversation, with everyone realizing how it is becoming the gateway technology to almost every adult human on the globe.”
Here are some of the highlights of the conference we – along with others -- shared on Twitter over the past few days.
