Inspire Change: A Podcast for Nonprofits

This week, the Inspire Change Podcast hits the road, joining Andrea Viarrial-Murphy LIVE in the offices of Youth on Record. Andrea wears many hats at YOR, and she was kind enough to take some time out of her busy day to discuss the challenges that face a small, local nonprofit, elliciting support from your home city, planning and executing exciting events, and so much more.

Youth on Record has nearly 5x as many volunteers as they do staff, and Andrea has a ton of insight into how to find dedicated and hard-working volunteers. Listen in below, grab your notebook, and let's learn some new strategies!
