Looking Out For Those Who Can't Speak

Posted by Elizabeth Same on May 20, 2008 6:34:00 AM

The ASPCA has been caring for and speaking on behalf of animals for over 100 years. The organization works everyday to save abused animals, pass humane laws across the country, and help shelters share resources.

Working with mGive, the ASPCA has created a mobile campaign to help increase donations across multiple social mediums. Using their mobile campaign the ASPCA is able to accept donations from anyone anytime with mobile text message donations (simply text GIVE to 27722 to donate $5). They are also able to reach the masses online through social sites such as Facebook and MySpace with mGives online giving widgets. The widget below is one of the many ways the ASPCA is able to get their message out and accept donations easily and effectively.

If you are interested in participating and helping the ASPCA continue its history of standing up for those that can't; place this widget on your MySpace page or website/blog, so that you and others may contribute to their cause.

Copy and Paste the code below where you would like the widget to appear:

<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowScriptAccess="never" allowNetworking="internal" height="250" width="300" align="middle" data="">

<param name="allowScriptAccess" value="never" />

<param name="allowNetworking" value="internal" />

<param name="movie" value="" />

<param name="quality" value="high" />

<param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" />

<param name="play" value="true" />

<param name="loop" value="false" />
