2013_year_in_reviewWith 2014 now in full swing, we wanted to take a look back at our favorite blog posts from 2013.

We really kicked off 2013 during the Super Bowl. While the Ravens were celebrating their victory, we were celebrating text donation’s 5th birthday in the U.S. We couldn’t have been happier that our client, Wounded Warrior Project, aired a heart-tugging PSA with a mobile call-to-action during the game.

March delivered a great Luck of the Mobile series, and we were proud to release a case study with Mile High United Way on their annual Turkey Trot event from 2012.

We started participating in the Nonprofit Blog Carnival and Jenifer Snyder from The mGive Foundation gave us some great posts about Gender Roles and The Garumph Who Found Mobile!

We started our mSpiration (mobile inspirations) series and posted little tidbits about mobile and how you can use them in your own campaigns.

Our favorite part of this year however, was our 2013 mGive Text Donation Study! We surveyed over 20,000 mobile donors to really get an accurate temperature of where mobile is now, and where the donors want it to go. You can download the full study, or check out our recap for some key takeaways.

Recently we have started talking about mobile myths, and we had a great interview with Joe Waters and Megan Strand on Cause Talk Radio about text donations and those tall tales. You can check out our blog series to see even more myths get debunked.

We wrapped up the year with a look at the wireless industry and common good and a couple great webinars on#GivingTuesday and the 5 Steps to Launch a Successful Mobile Campaign.

Keep an eye on our blog in this year; we have some really great things that we can’t wait to show you! There will be more webinars, mSpirations and client highlights just to name a few.

Obviously, we couldn’t fit all of our blogs into this one wrap-up. What were some of your favorite posts from 2013? Let us know in the comments below.
