Jack Black's Message for All of Us
We have a lot of fun here at mGive: we joke around a lot, we try to always be happy and smiling, we try to emulate the positive energy evinced by you, our nonprofit partners.
It's easy to laugh, but it can be hard to be serious. Sometimes, it's important to remember that the work that you are doing is real, it's impactful, and most of all, it's important.
Red Nose Day is this Thursday, May 25th. For those of you who don't know, Red Nose Day is an annual telethon and fundraising campaign, designed to raise massive amounts of funds across the globe.
Check out this short video by renowned goofball Jack Black to learn more about the impact made by Red Nose Day, and consider donating to make real and effective change in the areas that need it most.
This year, Red Nose Day is working to make change in 5 key areas: Immunisations, Mental Healthcare, Education, Domestic Violence, and the fight against Malaria.
All of our contributions (I donated, too!) go directly towards impacting lives, in Africa, in countries like the US, the UK, and across Latin America as well.
For the third year in a row, mGive has teamed up with Red Nose Day to provide Text to Give support for the entire telethon. If you'd like, you can text GIVE to 80077 to donate $10 to Red Nose Day!!*
Thank you for caring, and thank you for being you. Keep up the great work, and we'll see you next time!
